Pepper & Cheese Steak Beef Jerky

We start with thinly sliced top-round, gently seasoned with salt and pepper. After drying, the strips are coated with powdered freeze-dried green bell pepper, onion, and cheddar cheese.  This is a really interesting twist on an old favorite, and is hard for us to keep on the shelves. Try it on a good slice of bread with some mayo. We have, and it's great.
