This one should not need much explanation, but here it is anyway. We only use uncured pork belly, slice it, season it with salt and pepper, and that is it. It does not contain any other ingredients. We developed a novel drying method using a commercial drying oven and finished in a hardwood smoker. We gently smoked the bacon using cherrywood for an amazing finish.
Absolutely no nitrates or other preservatives are used in the preparation of this awesome product!
